This strategic role is vital in expanding our footprint and delivering exceptional service to traders and partners in the region.

Country Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market strategies to grow HS-Markets’ presence in Thailand.

  • Build and manage a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Master IBs.

  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.

  • Identify and recruit potential clients and partners.

  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local regulations.

  • Report regularly to the Global Support Team on market trends and performance.

  • Oversee team development and foster a high-performance culture.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex, Crypto, or Financial Brokerage

  • Strong network in the trading and investment community in Thailand

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to results

  • Prior experience as IB/MIB is a strong advantage
