Job Description:

As the Country Manager for Thailand, you will be responsible for leading and developing our operations in the local market. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our market presence in Thailand.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Overseeing financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the forex or financial services industry, with proven leadership and managerial skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand forex market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
