Job Description:
As the Country Manager for Laos, you will be responsible for leading and developing our operations in the local market. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our market presence in Laos.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Overseeing financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the forex or financial services industry, with proven leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong understanding of the Laos forex market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
