πΉ Key Responsibilities:

Expand & Manage IB Networks
- Recruit and build a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and traders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IBs to ensure long-term engagement.
- Provide guidance and assistance to IBs in growing their client base.

Marketing & Business Development
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new IBs and traders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize branding, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand HS-Markets’ presence in different regions.

Training & Mentorship
- Conduct educational sessions, webinars, and training programs for IBs and affiliates.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on trading, brokerage services, and market trends.
- Ensure IBs are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles.

Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze trading volume, deposit growth, and revenue performance of IBs.
- Develop action plans to enhance performance and increase engagement.
- Work closely with the HS-Markets team to implement performance-driven strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and operational support for IBs.
- Provide regular reports and insights on IB performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
πΉ Ideal Candidate Profile:
β Experience & Background
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex, CFDs, or Financial Markets, preferably in an IB management or sales role.
- Proven track record in network building, business development, and client relationship management.
- Understanding of trading platforms, forex products, and brokerage operations.
β Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Strong ability to attract, onboard, and retain IBs and traders.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build long-term partnerships.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on maximizing growth and profitability.
β Leadership & Training
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training IBs and affiliates.
- Passion for educating and empowering traders with knowledge and tools for success.
- Ability to manage multiple IBs, provide continuous support, and drive engagement.
β Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trading activity, revenue trends, and IB performance.
- Proactive approach in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to optimize business outcomes.
