About the job:
- Represent the company and communicate effectively with high-level personnel at partners in order to maintain good relationships and grow the business.
- Determine each partner’s center of influence and devise a strategy to reach out to them in order to increase sales.
- Implement strategies and tactics to meet sales targets with the bank and non-bank partners.
- Provide daily support and exceptional service to the bank and non-bank partners, and cultivate strong relationships within those organizations to grow the company’s business.
- Track and measure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance; take corrective action as needed to keep sales on track.
- Create and deliver product and sales training and ongoing coaching to partner sales staff.
- Assist the Sales team in closing sales.
- Work with the Retail Business Development team to create and implement sales incentive programs, customer promotions programs, and other promotional campaigns to increase sales through partner channels.
- Manage and promptly resolve conflicts between channels and partners to avoid disruption.
- Recruit, train, manage and ensure the productivity of partnership and direct Sales Relationship Managers.

Requirements:

- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in finances, or technology.
- Extensive experience as a financial/sales manager.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in financial trading.
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- With Good Command On Written And Spoken English is a must.
